		<description>Informative article...but &quot;what about bugs&quot;?  I dried and put in bell jars 6 different beans but got &quot;moth type&quot; bugs in 3 kinds...so far!!!  Local farmer told me they put ALL their dried beans in the freezer [after the fact].  I tried putting freezer bags of the infected beans outside in COLD/freezing temps and was surprised to see that there was STILL LIFE!!!  Wife won&#039;t use them, but I&#039;m still testing.  Thanks for any HELP!!!</description>
