Default Help with ID of something growing in my garden

    Hi All,

I'm new to the forum and to gardening. I inherited a modest little patch with the home I just purchased.

I have some tall, hardy looking plants growing and crowding my raspberry bushes but I don't know what they are.

Are these weeds? Should I yank them?

    Thanks!

In this pic they're off to the back right.

I don't recognice them based on that, maybe if they had a flower.

    I say pull them.

What I've discovered in my experience is if they are easy to pull out they are probably weeds. Weeds tend to have shallow roots meaning the roots don't grow deep into the ground.

I don't really recognize these. So you may want to just give them a bit of a tug and see.

    Good luck!
