Hello I have large tomato seedlings, and am eager to plant outside. (frost is forecast) If I put a plastic "water tee pee" around my tender plants will they be okay?

It depends. Those types of products tend to only give a few degrees of protection. So, it depends on how cold it gets.

Anything that can be turned upside down can work for a night of protection. an empty pot, an empty bucket, a cardboard box, a styrofoam or other cooler, styrofoam rose cones, a garbage can, etc. The thicker or more insulated the product, the more protection it will offer.
