Need to know about top surgery!

Hi folks, I'm living in Canada. Has anybody with fibrocystic bosoms had top surgery? I have a cystic breast, and I'm somewhat confused about undergoing a top surgery procedure in Ontario. I have just begun testosterone. Yet, these irregularities and thumps in my breasts settle on me so edgy about my choice. Will my top surgery procedure become more painful than expected?
