Question Should I stake my newly planted autumn blaze is leaning to the north

I planted a 10' autumn blaze last fall and I've noticed it is leaning to the north. Should I stake it to make it grow straight?

I would stake it just to make sure it develops straight up. Place a strong stake on either side of the tree about 10 inches from the trunk. Then use those rubber tree ties to center the trunk between the two stakes. The flexible tree ties allow the tree to sway a bit in the wind, which is good for increasing root development and strength, but not allowing so much sway that the tree can be blown over in a strong wind. Good luck!
