Red face attempting to straighten arborvitae trees bent by storm winds

I have a 12ft 20yr old arborvitae tree that was blown over to an angle of about 45 deg. The roots are not out of the ground. I want to upright the tree and stake the tree with proper guy stakes and guying material. Seems pretty simple, but I only have about 2ft for stakes on the wind side where 2 of the 3 stakes need to positioned. I can drive stakes at 45deg angle away from the tree. Will this work? If not, what is the alternative? Thanks for any help you can provide to me.

I think it should work, given time these trees can bounce back from wind or snow damage and start growing straight again
