Have you been pruning it? (don't). Did it get moved to a colder microclimate of your yard?

I had this problem when I moved one of mine also. It's new home had about 1 1/2 hours less sun, and the ground in that spot happened to be less acidic. I now mulch two bags of oak leaves each fall to spread around the base, followed in the spring with the proper application of Hollytone. It has gotten more flowers since, but will never have the amount it did in better light conditions. I do love rhodie leaves, so there is that.
