Picture of one of my twin 3 year old daughters standing next to a row of 20 plus feet tall giant maize and amaranths. The corn is a mixture of tropical types (olotillo-tuxpeno from Mexico, Uchima Grande from Ecuador, Tehua from Mexico, etc.) and the amaranth plants are a a mix of giant amaranth (Amaranthus australis) and tidalmarsh X giant amaranth hybrids (A. cannabinus X A. australis), and one red Amaranthus hybridus.
